Additional Modalities

Modalities to support your horse’s bodywork plan.

Massage and bodywork are at the core of what I do. In addition to hands-on work, I offer modalities that can deepen results, support recovery, and help your horse stay comfortable in their job.

MagnaWave PEMF is a dedicated service that can be booked on its own or as a Bodywork + PEMF bundle and is priced separately from massage. Kinesiology taping and light therapy are tools I use as needed during sessions— there is no extra fee when they are incorporated.

Every horse is different. I’ll always choose the combination of modalities that best supports your horse’s comfort, goals, and current condition.

MagnaWave PEMF

PEMF (Pulsed Electromagnetic Field) therapy uses magnetic pulses to support circulation, recovery, and overall tissue health. The MagnaWave system I use is designed specifically for equine wellness and can be booked as its own service or combined with massage.

  • Helps reduce inflammation and joint or soft-tissue discomfort
  • Supports recovery from work, injury, or general soreness
  • Encourages healthy joint mobility and tissue oxygenation
  • Improves circulation and cellular repair
  • Promotes deep relaxation and overall wellness

PEMF is a paid service, offered as PEMF-only or a Combined Bodywork + PEMF Session.

Kinesiology Taping (Equi-Tape)

Kinesiology tape gently lifts the skin to influence fascia, circulation, and proprioception. It can help maintain session results, encourage balanced movement, and reduce discomfort.

  • Supports lymphatic flow and circulation
  • Helps reduce soreness, swelling, and muscle fatigue
  • Encourages postural balance and better biomechanics
  • Can help extend the benefits of bodywork

Taping is included as needed at no extra charge.

Red light therapy being used on a horse

MagnaWave ROC Light Therapy

ROC Light Therapy uses red and near-infrared wavelengths to support cellular repair, recovery, and circulation. It’s gentle, quiet, and very well tolerated by horses.

  • Supports tissue healing and circulation
  • Decreases local discomfort and inflammation
  • Helpful for chronic tightness or localized irritation
  • Pairs well with massage and PEMF

Light therapy is included as needed during a session.

Equine bodywork, PEMF, kinesiology taping, and light therapy are not a substitute for veterinary care, and I do not diagnose or prescribe. Please work closely with your veterinarian, farrier, and chiropractor so your horse is supported as a whole.
