I have always been drawn to horses. The way they communicate through the smallest shifts in posture or expression has always made sense to me. During college and after, I realized I was even more interested in what made them comfortable, what made them move well and what helped them feel understood.
Years ago, my own horse needed bodywork to recover from an injury. Watching the change in his posture, comfort and confidence opened something in me. I realized how much of a difference thoughtful touch could make. It changed the way he moved and changed how I viewed working with horses.
I knew I wanted to be the person who helped horses find comfort again. That realization led me into equine massage, biomechanics and eventually PEMF and taping. Every horse teaches me something different, and I take that seriously. My goal is always simple. Help them feel better in their bodies so they can move, live and enjoy their work with less tension.
